1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.
You provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Intimate or hygienic products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
3. Return Process
To start a return, please email us at support@stylehaul.store with the following information:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is rejected (e.g., item worn, damaged, or outside return window), it will be sent back to you.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
